Una donna deve decidere se vuole portare la cintura giro-vita (più alta in vita) o giro-fianchi, (come nei pantaloni a vita bassa). Si considera di usare i tre fori centrali, la taglia si prende al foro di centro.

A woman must decide if she wants to wear the waist-belt (higher at the waist) or hip-waist, (as in the low-waisted pants). The holes that can be used in a belt are the three central ones, the size is considered to be in the center hole.
After you have your waist measurement find the size from the table below, trying to center the measurement in the size range.
